RELEVANT INFORMATION

It is a necessary requirement for the acquisition of the products offered in Kypos Patio & Grills, that you read and accept the following Terms and Conditions that are drawn up below. The use of our services, as well as the purchase of our products will imply that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use in this document. Some products that are offered by our store could be created by another manufacturer and in such case, they would be subject to their own Terms and Conditions.

All purchases and transactions carried out through this store are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which could include verification of stock and product availability, validation of the payment method, invoice validation (if any) and compliance with the conditions required by the selected means of payment. In some cases, verification by email may be required.

The prices of the products offered at Kypos Patio & Grills are valid only at the time of purchase or if the budget specifies.

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

 

A minimum of 50% of the invoice is required at the moment of accepting the contract and the remaining 50% will be paid on th day of delivery of the project. In case of obtaining financing, 100% of the product will be invoiced at the time of purchase, under the terms and conditions of the financing company. All products (including freight) must be fully paid for at the time of shipment.

 

TAXES

 

Any state or federal tax applied to the net sales price is an additional charge to be borne and paid by the buyer.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

 

Orders for special products, not considered by Kypos Patio & Grills, are not cancellable or returnable unless previously agreed by our supplier.

 

FREIGHT

All shipments will be made through Kypos Patio & Grills, prepaid and added to the invoice.

 

SPECIAL HANDLING

 

An extra charge will be added to any order that must be delivered in extraordinary condition or with specialized machinery.

 

REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY

We do not issue refunds; you have the responsibility to understand before buying. We ask you to read carefully before signing the contract. We only make exceptions to this rule when the description does not match the product. There are some products that may have a guarantee and possibility of reimbursement, but this will be specified when purchasing the product. In such cases the warranty will only cover factory faults and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly. The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing and operating faults under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly. This includes:

- In accordance with the technical specifications indicated for each product.

- In environmental conditions in accordance with the specifications indicated by the manufacturer.

- In specific use for the function with which it was designed at the factory.

- Under electrical operating conditions in accordance with the specifications and tolerances indicated.

In some cases, to make the guarantee of a product effective, it will be necessary to register by the user, with the entry of reliable personal data and definition of a password. Kypos Patio & Grills does not assume responsibility in the event that it provides such information to third parties.

Kypos Patio & Grills does not supplement or extend the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer makes the final decisions on warranty claims.

All products are guaranteed by their manufacturer. The customer return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer for consideration of exchange or credit.

*Stone such as granite or quartzite are guaranteed directly by the supplier. Kypos Patio & Grills is not responsible for any damage to the stone once it has been installed and approved by the client.

ANTI-FRAUD CHECK

The customer's purchase can be postponed for the anti-fraud check. It can also be suspended for a longer time for a more rigorous investigation, to avoid fraudulent transactions.

PRIVACY

​

Kypos Patio & Grills guarantees that the personal information you send has the necessary security. The data entered by the user or in the case of requiring a validation of the orders will not be delivered to third parties unless it must be disclosed in compliance with a court order or legal requirements.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

​

If applicable (ej. design of a space) you may not place one of our projects, modified or unmodified, on a CD, website, social network or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

PROPERTY

​

You cannot declare intellectual or exclusive property to any of our products and projects, modified or unmodified. In no event will this company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Kypos Patio & Grills reserves the rights to change or modify these terms without prior notice.
